Personal Training – The first step to kicking off your fitness journey is getting you in the gym and setting some targets. Your first session will be a testing based session to see where your at, then I can specifically progamme your sessions tailored to you. we will have weekly check ins, and keep track of our progress. wether that’s 1:1, 2:1 or small group personal training.

Sports Performance – I work with clients closely with all abilities, Professional footballers, academy players & grassroots footballers, keeping them in shape all year round but especially during the off season. I can help you prepare for Pre season training, right through to maintaining fitness levels throughout the course of the season.
