Circuits Class

Our very popular circuits class runs every Wednesday evening, 6:30pm – 7:15pm at Trax Performance gym.

Spaces are limited and spaces are avaliable on a first come first serve basis.

All fitness abilities are welcome, the class consists of a mixture of weight & cardio vascular training and each session will be different.

All sessions cost £7.
