Wednesday’s we have our Ladies only fitness class. its a great way to get fit & tone your body, this class involves circuit training, Strength & Conditioning & HIIT training.

Circuits Class

Monday’s starting from October 22nd (2018) we have our new circuits class. This class is open to everyone. All ages, abilities, shapes & sizes. It is a cuircuits based class. This class is ideal if your looking for a full body work out and too burn lots of calories. It will be a mixture of excerices from boxing right though to lifting weights.
