Monday’s we run our Football Fit class. Designed to improve and help your fitness, whether you play 11 aside 6 aside or just enjoy football and fitness, our Football fit class is ideal to gain or maintain fitness levels.

Ladies Only Class

Wednesday’s we have our Ladies only fitness class. its a great way to get fit & tone your body, this class involves circuit training, Strength & Conditioning & HIIT training.

Circuits Class

📍Pucklechurch Community Hall

18:30 – 19:15

Monday’s starting from October 22nd (2018) we have our new circuits class. This class is open to everyone. All ages, abilities, shapes & sizes. It is a cuircuits based class. This class is ideal if your looking for a full body work out and too burn lots of calories. It will be a mixture of excerices from boxing right though to lifting weights.
